It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the yarn on arrival, as mistakes can occur it is the buyers responsibility to notify us of any errors of an order within 1 week of delivery.
Please ensure the yarn is undamaged and in the same condition as it arrived, once the yarn has been returned it will be inspected before we can issue a refund. If there is a claim of faulty yarn please list the full details of the nature of the problem and once the yarn has been returned and it has been inspected we can issue a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within a week of delivery, please ensure the yarn is delivered undamaged and in the same condition it arrived, once the yarn has been returned it will be inspected for a full refund.
